I love living in Santa Fe. My family has been in this area for over 9 generations and possibly further back even than that! While the plaza used to be the downtown in which locals visited to go to doctor�s appointments, buy dry goods, and foodstuffs, it is no longer so. It is mostly the epicenter of art, restaurants, and various other attractions for tourism. I still love visiting the plaza and eating in one of the many incredible restaurants. I love the old buildings where most of the restaurants reside and observing all of the different kinds of people that come into the plaza. It�s so relaxing having a margarita, chatting with good friends while cool Santa Fe breezes come through the open windows. This is what I hope to convey with this painting.
