Description
In the heart of the Polish capital of Warsaw lies the old town. It's a maze of charming narrow streets, alleys and lanes filled with speciality boutiques and quaint little shops, oh what a joy it is to get lost among them and never be quite sure of what lies around the next corner but always know that it will be something delightful. The nostalgic market square (Rynek Starego Miasta) is the highlight of the old town, beautifully restored buildings surround a large pedestrian only area which hosts an ice rink in winter and a selection of al fresco eateries in summer, a perfect place to spend time whatever the season.
